Dr. Harrison grew up in Virginia and attended University of Virginia for undergraduate studies and medical school. He completed his internal medicine residency at UC Davis in 1990 and while there fell in love with northern California. He completed his GI fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland in 1992. He met his wife Dana there and they settled in Reno, NV where he worked for Gastroenterology Consultants for 30 years. He retired from fulltime work at the beginning of 2022 and now does part time per diem work for Gastroenterology Medical Clinic in Folsom and GI Consultants in Reno to keep active. Clark and Dana have 2 grown children. In his spare time he enjoys dog walks with his wife and terrier mix Bennie, and having friends over for dinner. He enjoys travelling with his wife Dana and he’s an avid fly fisherman.
