Growing up in Northern California, Dr. Rahim obtained his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from University of California, Davis in 1994.
He then went on to work in research and development in the biotech industry for Genzyme diagnostics. Subsequently, he attended Howard University College of Medicine and obtained his medical degree in 2000.
He returned to California to complete his internal medicine internship, residency, as well as his Gastroenterology fellowship from U.C. Davis Medical Center.
He is the recipient of numerous awards, including Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society award.
Dr. Rahim takes pride in taking care of his patients and strives to deliver individualized care to each and every one of his patients!
